  <li><strong>Q: How do I turn off the sound and turn on vibration?</strong><br>A: Switch to Silent Mode on your device (Side Switch).</li>
  <li><strong>Q: How can I add a custom sound?</strong><br>A: There are three methods depending on the location of the sound file:<br>- If the sound is on your Mac or PC, connect the device and drag and drop the file into the 'Periodic +' folder.<br>- From the Files app on iPhone, copy the sound file and paste it into the Periodic + folder.<br>- From another app on iPhone, such as Mail, select the sound file, tap Share, choose Periodic + from the list of apps.</li>
  <li><strong>Q: Why is the alert limited to 5 seconds?</strong><br>A: Adjust this in Settings > Periodic Timer > Notifications > Banner Style > Persistent.</li>
  <li><strong>Q: How do I switch the Timer Output Mode?</strong><br>A: Simply tap the timer display at the top of the screen to switch modes.</li>
  <li><strong>Q: What is Kitchen Mode?</strong><br>A: Kitchen Mode allows you to start or cancel the timer by shaking the device. This can be useful while cooking when you don't want to touch the screen. Note that the app must be open for Kitchen Mode to work.</li>
